USPS (United States Postal Service) is our main shipping carrier. All items are shipped with tracking to enable you to track your package along the way. Delivery Confirmation is also provided.
Some orders may ship with a different shipping provider such as FedEx depending on shipping limitations.
Your item will be shipped discreetly, and will not feature "NextDay Diplomas" on the packaging.
Once a package has shipped, Next Day Diplomas will not be responsible for late or damaged packages. Delivery dates are not guaranteed and may include extra transit time in case of unforeseen delays such as weather, failure of the shipping provider to find the delivery location or inability for someone to sign for the package.
No refund on shipping charges will be made on any order once it has shipped. Any claims related to shipping loss must be sent directly to the 3rd party shipping provider. A direct signature may be required for your packages.
